These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Anyaa.
By creating an account, using Anyaa, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Anyaa does
Anyaa is an AI-assisted cooking platform that helps users generate meal ideas, meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and related suggestions based on household preferences, dietary inputs, food habits, cooking setup, and other information provided by users.
2. Eligibility
You must be capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Anyaa. Anyaa is intended for use by adults. If you provide information about household members, including children, you confirm that you have the authority or permission to provide that information.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login method. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Please provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
4. Household and family information
Anyaa may allow you to add details about household members, food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, health conditions, and related information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide this information. If you add details about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide this information for meal-planning purposes.
5. AI-generated suggestions
Anyaa uses AI and software systems to generate meal ideas, meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and related suggestions. These suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or unsafe for your specific circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions before relying on them.
6. Medical, nutrition, and allergy disclaimer
Anyaa does not provide medical advice, nutrition therapy, allergy advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.
You should not rely on Anyaa as a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, allergist, or other qualified professional.
For allergies, severe intolerances, medical conditions, pregnancy, child nutrition, or specialized diets, you must verify ingredients, preparation methods, labels, and suitability independently and seek professional advice where appropriate.
7. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use Anyaa for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Provide information you do not have permission to share
- Rely on Anyaa for emergency, medical, allergy, or life-critical decisions
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt Anyaa
- Misuse paid plans, promotions, trials, or support processes
- Upload or share content that infringes rights or violates law
8. Paid plans
Anyaa may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan pricing, billing cycle, features, and limits will be shown before purchase.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and automatically until cancelled.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
At launch, Anyaa offers a 100% refund of the first subscription payment if requested within the first month of the initial subscription purchase. After that period, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to that policy.
10. WhatsApp reminders and communications
If you provide your phone number for WhatsApp reminders or product communications, you agree that Anyaa may use your phone number to send reminders, updates, and relevant product messages through WhatsApp.
You may stop receiving such communications by following the available opt-out method or contacting support@anyaa.ai.
11. Changes to Anyaa
Anyaa may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also modify free or paid plans, usage limits, pricing, or availability.
If changes materially affect paid users, we will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.
12. Intellectual property
Anyaa, including its software, design, branding, workflows, prompts, systems, and content, is owned by or licensed to Anyaa Labs.
You may use Anyaa only as permitted by these Terms.
13. User content and inputs
You retain rights to information you provide, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, personalize, maintain, secure, and improve Anyaa.
You grant us permission to process your inputs, household information, preferences, feedback, and usage information as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-party services
Anyaa may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, messaging tools, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
15. No warranties
Anyaa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Anyaa will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyaa Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Anyaa will be limited to the amount you paid to Anyaa in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Anyaa if you violate these Terms, misuse the product, create risk for other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the product.
You may stop using Anyaa at any time.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in [Add city/state] will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users through the app, website, or email.
Continued use of Anyaa after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
