We do not intend to store full card, UPI, or banking credentials ourselves.

If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message content, screenshots, attachments, and other information needed to respond.

Technical information

We may collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, log data, approximate location derived from IP address, session information, cookies, analytics events, and error logs.

4. Health, allergy, and dietary information

However, Anyaa is not a medical, nutrition, allergy, or emergency service. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, labels, preparation methods, and medical suitability before relying on any suggestion.

For medical conditions, severe allergies, pregnancy, child nutrition, or specialized diets, please consult a qualified doctor, dietitian, or other appropriate professional.

5. AI-generated suggestions

Anyaa uses AI and software-based systems to generate meal ideas, meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and related suggestions. These outputs depend on the information you provide and may not always be accurate.

Do not rely on Anyaa as the sole source of truth for allergy, medical, nutrition, religious, cultural, or safety decisions.

6. How we share information

We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate Anyaa, such as:

• Hosting and database providers
• AI infrastructure or model providers
• Payment processors, including Razorpay
• Analytics tools
• Email, WhatsApp, messaging, or support tools
• Security, logging, and error-monitoring tools

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, fraud prevention, security enforcement, dispute resolution, or protection of our rights and users.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide Anyaa, maintain your account, comply with legal or payment obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and improve the product.
